WCA Achieves Multiple Accreditations Establishing Higher Standards of Education
WCA Achieves Multiple Accreditations Establishing Higher Standards of Education
In our commitment to partnering with families in academics, athletics, and the arts, Warner Christian Academy holds accreditations from the Florida Association of Colleges and Schools (FACCS), Cognia, the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCSA), and the Middle States Association (MSA). These accreditations demonstrate that WCA meets or exceeds high standards of educational quality and effectiveness, enhancing both the school's credibility and the academic preparation of our students.
Accreditation is not a one-time assessment—it reflects WCA’s ongoing dedication to meeting improvement goals and delivering better learning outcomes. The accreditation process evaluates every aspect of the institution, from policies and learning environments to cultural context, ensuring all parts work together to meet the needs of every student.
For students and their families, these accreditations mean attending a school with high standards, where student achievement is the top priority. Graduating from an accredited school provides students with valuable credentials recognized by secondary schools and colleges alike.
This is yet another example of how WCA is continually striving to provide the best educational experience for our students and their families.

Supporting Student Success with the Academic Achievement Center
Supporting Student Success with the Academic Achievement Center
This year, WCA launched the Academic Achievement Center (AAC) to provide academic coaching that supplements teacher-led learning interventions, helping every student reach their full academic potential. The AAC supports students through progress monitoring, goal-setting, and skill-building, utilizing a 3-tiered system tailored to different levels of academic needs.
Tier 1 offers support aimed at minimizing learning barriers. Students receive 15-20 minute small group sessions during non-academic periods, focusing on current academic challenges. These sessions, conducted with 2–4 students, provide targeted help in a supportive environment, enhancing understanding and promoting success.
Tier 2 provides structured, one-on-one support for students who need more help than Tier 1 offers. Sessions are held over three, six, or nine-week periods, with progress closely monitored. This individualized support is fee-based due to its personalized nature.
Tier 3 is for students needing additional academic support beyond what WCA provides. In these cases, WCA works with parents to recommend outside resources, and families are responsible for the cost. Students can continue with Tier 2 instruction while accessing external support.

WCA Students Impacting Lives Globally with Child of Promise Partnership
WCA Students Impacting Lives Globally with Child of Promise Partnership
Warner Christian Academy has partnered with Child of Promise, a ministry that provides financial assistance to support children in poverty through Church of God ministries outside the United States. Each high school class (9th–12th grades) sponsors a child in countries like Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, or Ecuador, building a relationship with the student while providing financial aid for essentials such as food, school uniforms, fees and supplies, healthcare, and medicine.
In addition to raising funds for sponsorship, the current Freshmen and Sophomore classes are also working to raise money for a trip to visit their sponsored child’s country during their senior year. Child of Promise takes a holistic approach, addressing a child’s long-term needs in four key areas: Christian nurture, nutrition, education, and medical care.
Through this program, WCA students not only learn about the challenges faced by students in other countries, but also grow in generosity and compassion, understanding the significance of caring for God’s children around the world.

Nurturing Student Growth Through Music Development
Nurturing Student Growth Through Music Development
While many schools are cutting back on extracurriculars and limiting students' access to the Arts, Warner Christian Academy proudly offers opportunities as early as Kindergarten. We believe in using our talents to honor and exalt God. Our elementary choir, Soaring Singers, is dedicated to sharing the love, hope, and peace of Christ through songs of praise and thanksgiving. We aim to glorify God through excellence in all we do.
Soaring Singers have performed at notable events, including the National Anthem at Embry Riddle’s homecoming volleyball game, the South Daytona Christmas tree-lighting ceremony, and the annual WCA Christmas concert celebrating the birth of Jesus. They've traveled throughout Volusia County, spreading the gospel through music, and their annual musical further showcases their mission of sharing Christ with the world.
Our music programs demonstrate that serving the Lord brings boundless joy, and we have room for more. Come join us and help show Christ to the world!

Updates to Preschool Playground Enhancing Childhood Development
Updates to Preschool Playground Enhancing Childhood Development
Warner Christian Academy & Preschool understands the value of physical activity, play, and exercise. Outdoor play strengthens muscles, enhances reflexes, and promotes a positive relationship with physical activity that can last a lifetime. Playing together also helps children develop social skills like empathy, cooperation, and friendship, while giving them opportunities to explore their emotions and engage all their senses.
At WCA, we believe outdoor learning is vital, as it allows children to experience and observe God's creation. A well-designed playground fosters both developmental and therapeutic growth.
We're thrilled to share the exciting updates to our preschool playground recently made! With new equipment, a larger play area for 3- and 4-year-olds, and an improved environment, these changes will support students' growth through play, social interaction, and—of course—lots of FUN!
