Admissions Overview

Preschool accepts applications year-round for children ages 1 year through VPK. Enrollment will remain open until all available spots are filled. Applications are reviewed and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Admission invitations, along with the enrollment packet, will be emailed by the last week in May, to students whose applications are complete and approved for WCA enrollment. Recipients of the admission invitation will have 10 days to submit the enrollment packet and secure their spot. Failure to complete registration within this period may result in losing your child’s place.

If spaces remain available after the last week of May deadline, submitted and completed applications will be processed in the order they are received.

Step 1: Parent Submits Application and Documents for Review

• Non-refundable $75 application fee
• Complete and submit the online application along with the payment.
• Upload the following required documents:
• Birth Certificate
• Custodial Documentation (if applicable)
• Current Report Card
• Prior Year’s Final Report Card
• Most Recent Standardized Test Scores
• IEP/504 Plan (if applicable)
• Current Psychological Testing (if applicable)
• (Grades 6-12 only) Submit the names and email addresses of two individuals for student recommendations.

Step 2: Administrative Team Review

The Admissions Director, along with the administrative team, will review your child’s application and supporting documents.

Step 3: Entrance Testing

Entrance testing will be conducted by appointment. The Admissions Office will contact you to schedule the testing.

Step 4: Parent-Student Interview

An administrator will contact you to schedule an interview. WCA policies will be reviewed.

Step 5: Decision & Admissions Invitation

• Applications submitted by the priority deadline will receive an admissions decision via email by the last week in May.
• Accepted students will receive a link to the online enrollment packet.

To finalize enrollment, please ensure all required documents are submitted, including:

• Continuous Enrollment Agreement
• FACTS Account with Payment Plan
• Florida Health Department Physical
• Florida Health Department Shot Record
• Medical Authorization Form
• Parent-Student Agreement
• Scholarship Award ID (if applicable)
• Student and Parent Social Security Cards
• Student Lifestyle Agreement (Grades 6-12 only)
• WCA Student Photograph and Information Release Form
• Registration Fee
