Volunteer Opportunities

Warner Christian Academy deeply values its volunteers, who make a significant impact on our students, faculty, and staff. We could not fulfill our mission of “partnering with parents to shape students into the image of Christ by helping them in discovering Truth through academics, athletics, and the arts” without the support of our dedicated volunteers.

In compliance with Florida law, all adults wishing to volunteer at Warner, including chaperones for field trips, must complete fingerprinting, undergo a background check, and receive administrative approval before participating in any school-sponsored activities.

To begin the process, please complete the following three forms, ensuring they have original signatures, and contact Mrs. Angela Alfano at 386-767-5451 ext. 211 to schedule an appointment to submit your paperwork. Mrs. Alfano will also assist with scheduling your background check.

1.  WCA Volunteer Application
2.  VECHS Waiver Agreement & Statement
3. Affidavit of Good Moral Character

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive the results of your background screening. If you are planning to volunteer, especially as a field trip chaperone, ensure you begin the process early to avoid delays.

Background screenings remain valid for five years, and we will notify you as your expiration date approaches to facilitate timely renewal.
